This GoFund me is to support the Celebration of Life for Jarod Jones who left this world unexpectedly on August 20, 2022 as a result of a single car accident. Jarod was one of my students who turned into a friend and I will greatly miss him. He was known for his quick-witted sense of humor, caring personality, magnetic energy, and his ability to make anyone laugh, even when his own cup was empty. He could be hard to crack and understand, but if you had the pleasure of having him in your life, you knew that he was one of the most loyal, loving people out there. Jarod lived his life unapologetically, everything he did was on his terms.

At the young age of 22, he left this world, but he had seized every opportunity to travel all over the United States, living life to its fullest. He loved spending time with his siblings and particularly loved the home-cooked meals and heart-to-heart conversations with older sister Halie. He leaves behind his niece and nephew that he loved so deeply, in addition to 2 younger brothers and many other family members and countless friends.

J-Rod, as many of his friends fondly called him, lived life to its fullest, with no regrets. He was always true to himself and his smile was always like a ray of sunshine. The family appreciates anything you can do to help and will post Celebration of Life details on social media as they are sorted out.
