Jarett's Medical Rehabilitation

Jarett Clark is the sole provider for his family.  He is married and the father of three children. In 1999 Jarett was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.  Since that time the disease has taken a toll on Jaret’s health and now it is affecting his ability as a provider, for his family.  This disease has not only  caused him to be blind in one eye, numerous amputation of toes, heart and vascular issues, but it is also the cause of Jarett losing his leg below the knee.  Jarett has neuropathy which is common with many diabetics, that causes individuals to lose the feeling in their extremities. Because of this loss of feeling, Jarett stepped on a nail that eventually lead to where he is today.  This fund is to ask family, friends and those that are simply kind to help with unplanned expenses: insurmountable medical bills, as insurance does not cover everything (as he is now finding out as the bills are growing exponentially), providing for the family as he will be out of work for a minimum of three months, additional expenses because of this situation and help with the large portion of cost that he will need to pay for the prosthetic, once the leg has healed. Up to this point Jarett has been able to provide for the family, now he must ask for help.
