Jared is a child born with a congenital heart defect not covered by insurance. He has had other surgeries but the latest will cost 17,000k USD. He lives in the Philippines. He is a stunning child with stunning and devoted parents.
All money raised will be directly applied to his surgery and repayment. It is emergency surgery and funds are needed asap. Please, if you know the family make any donation possible, even if you dont know them, please try. I will kick off donations with 100.00 CAD today.

1. Who you are: My Name is Robert Fraser. I work for TeleTech Inc. as an Executive Director in Information Technology. I have been with the company for 11 years. My Linkedin profile is here: https://ca.linkedin.com/in/robertfraser1
2. Where you're from: Murray River, Prince Edward Island, Canada. I work remotely.
3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for: I have known Darwin Gojo Cruz https://www.linkedin.com/in/darwin-gojo-cruz-942b6962 (the father of Jared) for 8 years as we both work for TeleTech in IT. We have worked together in many capacities. He reported directly to me the last 3 years as head of our Global Service Desk (GSD). We are also friends outside of work and share numerous Facebook friends. The reason I am helping is simply to take pressure off a family in tight and distressing times. I have a child with severe Autism and know how tough the surgeries can be on a family.
4. How the funds will be used (be specific as possible): The raw cost of surgery alone is $14,600 USD (does not include other costs). The funds will be used directly to pay for Jared’s open heart surgery. Entire amount at close of Gofundme is going directly to family I will keep nothing nor allow any of cash to not be delivered to family. His condition is Tricuspid Valve Artresia. The operation is called The Fontan Procedure. He has had previous surgery to prep for this one. The changed surgery date is: Sunday Nov 13, 2016. The gofund me will likely be closed 11/11/2016. The surgeon has already been scheduled and deposits done. Keep in mind there are other medical costs and procedures done that go far beyond this gofundme putting financial stress on the family for a long term congenital condition.
