Thank you so much to every one last night i ordered his pram. The accessories needed will be purchased when the rest of the funds are available. We have gone over target so any remaining funds will go towards getting jared sensory toys/soft play he absolutely loves the sensory room at school so i will try to re create this at home. I cant take down to go fund me untill they have finished processing all funds. Once everything is clearex i will leave it up long enough to update with pictures of jared in his new pram

I am so so overwhelmed by the incredible response to this fundraiser never did i think we would hit over 70% raised in less than 24 hours! I just want to say a massive thank you to every single person who has donated and shared. This has really moved me i havent stopped crying thank you so so much im forever greatful

I said I would never do this but after exhausting all channels family have encouraged me to ask for help.

For those who dont know me im Maria a very proud mum to my 3 children. We are quite a quirky household as all 3 children have a range of disabilities. This go fund me is for my 4 year old son Jared.

Jared is the happiest funniest most loving little boy. He is completely non verbal but despite this clearly shows love and affection. Jared was diagnosed with PICA this year and we are awaiting his autism diagnosis. He is now attending school and is thriving.

Jared relies on the use of a pram for a number of reasons.

Jared has a number of sensory issues the noise lights even people cause him distress. Jared shows little understanding and his only comuinication is to indicate when hes hungry or needs drinks. His lack of communication is a real danger. He uses a pram to not only keep him safe and secure but he also pulls down the hood of his pram to block out noise and people ( im sure many people have seen him in his pram with his iPad playing Christmas songs in summer)

Jared was referred by his OT to wheelchair services for a disabled pram but due to budget cuts in our area they are no longer funding prams/ buggies for "autism"

The pram best suited to his needs is the special tomato these are incredibly expensive and with the costs that come with having disabled children i honestly dont know how I am going to be able to get him the pram he desperately needs.

He is currently using a silver cross but due to his size and weight and strength this is just not safe he can easily escape and when in distress can easily tip the pram over the pram is on its last legs and when that breaks I have no idea how I am going to be able to do every day tasks like taking my children to school

I absolutely hate having to ask people to donate im a very proud person and in general always try my hardest to get by on my own. I totally understand that everyone is struggling how ever any donations would be greatfully recieved
