Jared Weaver

I come to you on behalf of one of the best men I know, our friend Jared Weaver. This guy has the biggest heart, determination, and grit. Many of you know he’s no stranger to adversity, yet he’s known for uplifting others despite his struggles.

If you don’t know his story he was born with Cerebral Palsy. The doctors didn’t expect him to live past the age of 13. He has faced 51 surgeries, including 3 brain surgeries within the past year, flatlining 4 times, and breaking his back in 3 places, amongst other battles. He is currently in his 6th month of medical leave. He has been in the hospital for a month and is being discharged on home health without knowing how long it will take to get back on his feet. He doesn’t have feeling in his legs or feet and when standing for longer than 5 minutes he gets migraines. The doctors are still working to figure out why this is happening.

If you know him you know he overcomes any obstacle he faces and is always working to get back to normalcy where he can work and manage his pain.

Although I wish I could support him solely, I am honored he reached out to me for help. If you know Jared you know he’s prideful and plain out stubborn. Please help me in supporting the one we know as the real Ironman and as always keep him in your prayers.
