Jared and children were in their disabled Honda Pilot with a flat tire on a bridge in Jacksonville I-295 at night in right lane, flashers and lights on-no  shoulder... 911 HWY Patrol were on the way when a car crashed full speed into their rear.  Pilot totaled.  All transported via ambulance to hospital.  All injured In some way, ranging from lightly to critical for 7 yr old Brand.

Brand sustained brain trama, broken jaw both sides partially severed tongue, facial lacerations, teeth broken out, broken leg.  He is facing jaw reconstruction surgery, much dental work over many years. 

All the others’ injuries were/are less serious but underwent extensive MRI and CT scan testing and hospitalization.  Jared had multiple scalp lacerations

This family is burdened with expensive hospital bills, physicians fees and years of further dental reconstruction.
