We have set up this fundraiser for my brother, Jared McLean. Many of you know the story already, but for those of you that don't, allow me to share it with you: On his way home from the Jersey Shore on Monday, 5/29, our youngest brother, Jared, was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. He was found unresponsive at the scene of the accident and was life-flighted to the nearest trauma center. He has been on a ventilator and in a coma since arriving at the hospital. Jared has several facial and skull fractures and his recent MRI shows severe and fatal brain damage. As a family, we have been fortunate enough to adjust our schedules to have at least one of us at his bedside this entire time. Several people in our lives have asked how to best help and support our family during this difficult time - in addition to the well wishes, positive vibes, good thoughts, and prayers. Since Jared is at a hospital so far from home, we have set up this page for any monetary gifts that people may want to contribute to assist with food, gas, lodging and medical expenses. We are so grateful to everyone for sharing and for being so supportive of our family as we have gathered to be with Jared wherever this road takes him.
