I'm Daniel Jaramillo, and on September 12, 2025, my family and I suffered a tragic loss when our house caught fire. Thankfully, everyone and every animal is safe and in good health. However, the house is far from okay. It was rendered unlivable for the time being.

Thankfully, our house was insured. Unfortunately, though, the insurance cannot cover a few key elements that my family and I must find a resolution for.

1. Our deductible for the insurance is $2,000.

2. The only place of residence our insurance was able to find is asking for a $2,000 deposit and a pet fee of another $2,000.

These costs will not be covered by insurance, and there is little to no possibility for my family to afford these costs during this time.

We aren't asking for the full cost to be covered, and even thoughts and prayers are enough. But if you can give, it would mean more than anything to a disabled army vet, a retired nurse, a young man who works with children with ASD, and a newly single father.

Anything helps.
