Our dear friend Jason has lived 43 years since birth  being blind and having Cerebral Palsy.  Last month they found Stage 4 colon cancer after being the hospital for what a ruptured colon. 

This a money will go towards Jason and his family for any medical bills and things they will need along the way. 

Chemotherapy Starts on January 7th 2020

The monthly financial requirement that Jason has ahead are as listed below:

$1100 / month for 20% of each chemotherapy treatment which will be $550 each
$240 / month for co-pays
 $1340-$1500 / Monthly living costs alone for Jason

Jason and his family are seeking to start with a goal of raising $25,000 and are working to source addition income from the Medical Group.
