Jaqueline's Breast cancer battle

Hello,

My sister Jaqueline Erickson is 51 years old and has been been diagnosed with Invasive Breast Carcinoma in November 2023 followed by a double mastectomy in December 2023. She thought that that would be the end of her battle, unfortunately at her most recent Oncologist appointment she has been that she must start chemotherapy immediately due to her cancer being multi focal. Jaquelines first treatment begins on February 13th, with the possibility of radiation to follow. Once treatment is complete, she will undergo a 5-year course of medication. Anyone who knows my sister, knows how much of a kind, loving, selfless and strong woman she is. There is no doubt in anyone’s minds that she can and will win this fight with breast cancer.

We want to support Jaqueline, so she can pursue all available treatment paths and focus on healing. Jaqueline is not working at this time and your financial support during this difficult time will make this possible while creating a reality where both her and her husband, Kelly can be released from these financial stresses. Between fuel costs to travel to Kamloops and Kelowna, possible loss of work for her husband Kelly to take her to treatments, uncovered medications, and therapies to ease the discomfort of the side effects of treatment, among many other various things that will come along this difficult journey.
