I am Amber a Great-Aunt of JaQuan!!

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Jaquan Barnes 10/10/2025 a beloved 14-year-old son, brother, student-athlete, nephew, grandson, cousin, and friend. Jaquan’s life was tragically cut short due to a severe asthma attack — a sudden and heartbreaking loss that has left our entire family devastated.

Jaquan was full of life, love, and promise. As a student and athlete, he gave everything his all — whether in the classroom, on the field, or at home with his loved ones. He was a protective and playful brother, a loyal friend, and a bright light to everyone who knew him.

His passing has left not only emotional pain but also financial challenges. Our family is now facing the overwhelming burden of funeral and memorial expenses. We are asking for your help — whether through a donation, a share, or a prayer — to give Jaquan the farewell he deserves.
