I have an opportunity to compete in the IBJJF Asian Open, in Tokyo, Japan, in September. I have been invited to stay and train in Japan for the month leading up to the competition and am hoping to fly out in early August. This is an incredible dream I thought would never be realized.  I have never been out of the country and feel incredibly blessed to have a chance to do so, while also staying with good people and doing what I love most, training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.   I have been working really hard to be a champion and am excited to receive this new opportunity to test my skills and technique.

I am looking to my friends, family, teammates, and supporters to help me reach my goal of $3,000 to cover travel and additional living expenses while I'm there.  It seems like a lot to ask. But if everyone chips in just a few dollars, I am confident you will help me reach my goal of competing in Japan.  Thank you all for your support.  I will do my best to earn it by leaving everything out on the mats for you!
