Our First Home

Story

On a snowboarding trip to Mt. Bachelor in Oregon, we met in the living room of our small group cabin. After a few runs with the main group, we split off with a smaller team to ride off-piste terrain.  That led to several days of snowboarding together, and eventually to one fateful lift ride, where Patrick asked for a date… at the climbing gym. Our first date was actually over dinner, but soon after, we were snowboarding, traveling, and rock climbing together. That first trip marked the start of our adventure together, and we look forward to continuing that adventure for the rest of our lives.Since we are having a destination wedding, in lieu of physical gifts, we would love a donation to our “HoneyFund,” to help us purchase our first home together.We know not everyone is able to make it but we want to say thank you so much for your support and for being a part of this special chapter in our lives, wherever you are!
