Jansen Family Fire Loss Fund

Please help this sweet, darling family from Sunnyvale!! They were woken up in the middle of the night early Sunday morning to discover their house on fire.

They did have renters insurance but the coverage they are receiving will not cover all of their expenses. As soon as we reach the $10,000 goal, the funds provided will be withdrawn and used to help them acquire basic, immediate living needs for their young family. They will also need to find and secure a home to live, hopefully in Sunnyvale.

We are local Sunnyvale residents and have known the Jansen family now nearly 20 years. When this tragedy happened, the friends in our congregation agreed that a GoFundMe fund would provide exactly what Josh and Char need. This way we could show our support as a congregation and as a community, no matter where we lived. Whether we knew them or not.

We are so appreciative of all the love and support shown. It’s unbelievably moving! And Josh & Char continue to express so much appreciation for all the emotional and material support. Thank you all!!!
