Jannelle Cordero

My heart is heavy with the passing of my youngest sister Jannelle yesterday at 1:24pm. On August 24th she was shot by the father of her 4 children, an injury that should have been fatal. She held on for 17 days.... I prayed...we all prayed for a miracle. My mother, sister Jessica, and I had to move forward and make a decision and with Gods guidance our family let her go.

Rest in love to a beloved sister, daughter, mother, aunt, and friend. If you knew Jannelle you knew how lively she was and how unapologetically she loved her amazing children. And they will be her memory!

In death, she saved the lives of many whom were gravely ill and waiting for organs. She leaves behind 4 of her children whom Raymond and I are seeking guardianship. We are overwhelmed with the love and support from family and friends. Many of you have reached out wanting to help with monetary support and we feel this is the best way.

These funds will go towards funeral, legal expenses as well as to the well-being of her children.
