I am a single 74-year-old fighting cardiac issues.

They started a few years ago when my heart wasn't getting the blood it needed. I had 3 vein ablations in my legs to help with that issue. This year, issues began to escalate.

I have sick sinus syndrome; simply put, I have both bradycardia and tachycardia. I was scheduled for a pulsed field ablation at the end of June, but my heart had other plans. My resting heart rate dropped into the 30s, necessitating a pacemaker implant. That was done on May 19th. My ablation is scheduled for October 6th.

I am already overwhelmed with medical bills, having no idea how they will skyrocket after the procedure.

The 3 heart medications are over $227.00 every month.

I work out of necessity, as my social security barely covers my normal monthly bills of lot rent, electric, etc. Then there is insurance, a loan payment, food, gas, car repairs (2014), and one credit card.

I have never asked for help before; but I need to ask now.

I will be forever grateful for any help given.
