My sister Janine and her partner Tony have just lost their home in Phoenix Oregon. 100%. The YouTube shows the devastation another man captured that occurred overnight Tuesday the 8th of September.  They could really use help while trying to navigate this rebuilding and finding a place to live, receive mail and any help would be greatly appreciated for them.
