JanieUwU Eviction Prevention

Hi, I'm JanieUwU or as people usually call me by just Janie. A stinky furry bean from Hawaii. You may know me from the Furry Hideout world on VRChat, Corbelle's event team as many other places around the VRChat platform. I really don't like asking for help like this but I am getting to my wit's end on what to do. My family has been struggling to keep up with all our expenses the last 6-8 months especially since the Maui Wildfires. I have personally been out of work for nearly a year now, on and off due to health issues preventing me from performing my duties safely. I have been having severe bacterial infections since January of 2023. I am unable to return to work without my Doctor's approval due to me working as a public transportation driver. The TDI income that I do get is barely able to cover utilities like electricity and phone bills let alone our rent and still have left for food. So I have been paying the immediate bills over the rent thinking I would be able to return back to work and eventually chip away at the back rent. I have been told by the doctor that the infection is resisting the anti biotics and only been getting worse. I am currently awaiting to be seen by a gastrologist on Oahu to try finding a solution to this infection. This has all been made worse since the Maui Wildfires causing my brother to lose his job, and also been getting some unemployment income but with my TDI and his unemployment all our living expenses have been hard to keep up. I also had my car die out on me causing me to get a loan to repair it for only for something else to break. I did take out another loan to get a new car that is reliable, as I do need some kind of transportation to go see all the doctors appointments I need to go to. This adds even more monthly expenses. I have been recently called by our Property Manager to show us how much was owed and it totaled to $7,782 and informed that the company managing the property will be evicting tenants that have extreme back rent. I have applied to some programs that help with this kind of thing but I was informed by the Property Manager that lots of them have run out of funding so it may or may not produce results. I am creating this as a last ditch effort to try getting some of that amount chipped away.

Note: I do cut part of my food budget out to pay for some subscriptions for the game I play as it helps keep me happy through this bad times. All money to this fund goes directly to the rent fund, as well as most of my own income that I do get.
