Janice's Legacy and Memorial Fund

Our beloved Janice, aka Ms Legacy, left us for the Great Beyond Thursday March 27, late in the evening, with her loving daughter Persia by her side.

Let us honor Janice by raising funds to cover her cremation, to cover costs to temporarily store and transport her estate, to contribute to a memorial, and to help her daughter and grandchildren in their time of grief. Janice was the children's secondary caregiver, second only to Persia, and any help for the family will be greatly appreciated.

Janice charmed us all with her elegance and wit, and as one friend described, belonged not only to our community but to the Universe. She was brilliant and hilarious and had the most immaculate taste. She inspired us all with her strength, empathy and kindness. All of her stories of adventure, youthful hitchhiking and hijinks, I wish I could bind in an illuminated manuscript. And if I could I would build her an art deco palace of a mausoleum in carved marble like the Taj Mahal and bury it in roses. Or something like that.
