On April 17th, we lost Janice, a dear and caring mother, wife, sibling and daughter to those in her immediate circle, and brightly lit figure in the many many social circles she had across her lifetime. Janice has lived and worked in Minnesota nearly all her life, working and studying Human Resources and Public Affairs, and through her work and her philosophy for life has built powerful connections with all she meets and offered strength, wisdom, and care to all who need it. From the outpouring of stories and condolences, this has rung true and we have been shocked and amazed to see just how wide her net of influence ran. I, her daughter, simply knew her as my best friend and mother, the pillar of support and love in my life. This sudden loss has struck a chord in all our hearts, and the shock and disillusion will take time to settle.
I have seen so many of you reaching out offering your hearts and hands in support of us and our family, and to be honest, we don't know yet all of what help we'll need, but we know that this is one path of support we can open up to right now.
The purpose of this gofundme is simple: to help raise funds for her memorial service to come in the next few months, after which the remaining funds will be donated to the Minnesota Jaycees Charitable Foundation, an organization that was close to Janice's Heart and for which she served as President of for a time. Any amount you can contribute we will be incredibly grateful for. To Learn more about the Jaycee's the JCI Minnesota organization they support, visit https://jcimn.org/about-us/
Thank you, and bless you all
