Janey's Recovery

Hi, my name is Tara and I'm fundraising for Janey Stanfield on behalf of Andrew Stanfield and Rachel Sisson while they stay at the hospital and focus on their daughter's healing journey.

Thursday March 30th around 4:15pm Janey was hit by an AmTrak train shortly after leaving a friend's house as she was walking home.

She got a broke pelvis, broken leg, broken arm and some facial fractures. She's got some swelling on the brain and is currently in the ICU

She's made very good progress and the neurosurgeon is hopeful for a full recovery. As of now they are waiting to get her into MRI to see her brain. She will eventually come off the sedation slowly as her healing progresses.

She's got a long road ahead and her parents will need all the support they can get!

She is a wonderful girl who was in an unfathomable accident. She brings so much light into people's lives that she touches and we are proud of her for being a fighter!
