Janet Morgan Cancer Treatment and Rehabilitation
Donation protected
As Janet embarks on her road to recovery with Cancer, we wanted to create a space for those who want to help financially with a place to do that. Janet was diagnosed with Vulva Squamous Cell Carcinoma. This is her second battle; she beat another rare form of Cancer in her Bartholin Gland that was in the same region of the body. Sadly, the radiation from her previous treatment has caused this recent diagnosis. Her first form of treatment is going to include 1 round of surgery. This surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021. She will have to travel to Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, CA and will have a 6-week recovery plan. At that time, they will determine if she also must undergo Chemotherapy. This makes things especially difficult on her financially since she is self employed as a Massage Therapist in Red Bluff and Redding, CA. She will need to take time off work for her surgery and recovery without any disability funds from an employer. This all came very abruptly, and has caused a lot of financial uncertainty for someone who is self-employed. These funds will help with the travel expenses to and from the hospital, address medical bills, and recovery time. We know Janet is very strong, and we have faith she can beat Cancer a second time around. We ask for all your positivity and prayers to help keep Janet’s spirits lifted. We will keep everyone updated via social media on how things are progressing for her on her journey.
