In Loving Memory of Janet
It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we share the passing of Janet, who peacefully left us in the early hours of Thursday, 17th April 2025 (01:30am), after a brief but courageous battle with illness. Today, we honour her; an extraordinary woman whose life touched everyone she encountered, leaving a lasting legacy of love, kindness, and strength.
Janet was much more than a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a beacon of hope and a true mentor to those fortunate enough to know her. Her guidance, wisdom, and encouragement inspired so many in ways large and small, and her presence was a source of comfort and inspiration to all. She possessed a heart of gold - generous, compassionate, and unwavering in her love for others.
Her warmth and genuine kindness made her loved by everyone who had the blessing to meet her. Janet had an uncanny ability to make those around her feel seen, valued, and uplifted. Her love extended beyond her immediate family to her community, where she was always willing to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear.
Janet’s family, her devoted husband, Sackson, and her bright, talented 18-year-old son, Muuka, who is now preparing for his A-levels - are now navigating life without her, a world that feels forever changed by her absence. Their hearts are aching, and ours are with them during this difficult time.
We are reaching out with humility and love to ask for your support. We wish to give Janet the dignified and heartfelt farewell she truly deserves. A tribute to her beautiful life and the love she so freely shared. Your contribution, no matter the amount, will help us honour her memory and provide some comfort in this moment of grief.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, your love, and your generosity. Your support means everything to us and to Janet’s family, and it reminds us how deeply she touched the lives of those around her.
With heartfelt gratitude,
