Hello, my name is Adedunke and I’m the founder of Adedunkecares organisation. I raise money for people and charities in need of support, and Janet needs our help and support urgently. This is her story:

Dear Friends and supporters, we are reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help in saving Janet Ajibawo.

For the past four months, she

has been battling a severe kidney problem that requires dialysis three times every week just to stay alive.

Each month, the treatment costs over #500,000 and we have already spent everything we have. The doctors have told us that a kidney transplant is the only permanent solution. Without it, Janet's life is at serious risk.

She is currently receiving treatment at Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre, Yaba, Lagos. Anyone is welcome to confirm or visit if they wish. This is a genuine and urgent plea for help.

The money raised will cover:

• Kidney transplant surgery and hospital fees

• Post-surgery medications and follow-up care

• Support for ongoing dialysis until the transplant is done

We are financially drained and cannot afford this cost on our own.
