Janessa Siebert Funeral Fund

Our hearts are breaking as we say goodbye to our precious Janessa. She was the sweet little sunshine in her parents lives. Their Little Princess in so many ways.
As Andrew & Melissa part with her, we want to make sure they don't have to worry about financial details, which is why we've started this fund.
Who is “we” you ask? I am Lois Eagles, I have started this fund with the help of my sister-in-laws Kathryn Eagles & Julianne Tonne, and a friend of the family. Sweet little Janessa is actually my niece twice over – I am Andrew’s sister, PLUS I am married to Jerry, Melissa’s brother. We used to tease about needing to give Janessa two Christmas presents – one for each way we were related!
We will be using this money to cover expenses like the cost of the plot, digging, headstone, funeral home costs, food for the wake today, rent for the facilities where the wake will be held, feeding the family during this time, etc. At this point I am making a spreadsheet of the different costs so that I can hopefully withdraw the money myself and take care of reimbursing the smaller expenses, paying rent, etc. I would like to offload as much of the mundane details from Andrew right now. This is not the time for him to worry about writing checks and covering costs and reimbursements. This is the time for him to grieve with his wife, go for walks, and visit with friends and family who have come to support them. When I have taken care of all that I can, I will then transfer the rest to my brother Andrew via eTransfer.
