Janelle in this hard time

Hi I am fundraising for my mother. Her husband (my dad) passed away last Thursday. They have sold their house and were meant to move out the day after he passed. The contract on the house is void because his is name is on it. Until we get a death certificate and new contract done up. The sale cannot go through. Problem is the people who were moving in aren’t happy with the 6 week extension ( the death in our family is very inconvenient for them) and are demanding $1400 a week compensation. We’ve been told it is best to pay or we could be sued.

I and just trying to recover these funds she is having to deal with.
