HISD School Bus Accident Victim

On September 15th, HISD Furr student, Janecia Chatman, 14 years old, died in the school bus accident off of 610 and Telephone in Houston. Janecia was an amazing young lady, with a bright future ahead of her. A freshman at Furr Highschool dreamt of  graduating high school with excellence and going to college. She loved life and the opportunity to attend  Furr High School. The family is devasted by the loss and need help paying for funeral expenses. Thank you for helping this family remember the life of this precious young lady.
