This amazing marine environmental charity tackles the vital issue of raising awareness of the damage plastic pollution is doing to our seas and oceans. Through hands-on beach clean workshops, they focus on educating and inspiring the next generation.

And because they are so awesome, we are planning to do something neither of us have ever done before. Run the VHI Women's Mini Marathon on Sunday 1st June!
