Hi, having gained permission from the family I’m hoping to raise as much money as I can towards the cost of Jane’s Funeral

Sadly, Jane died suddenly on Monday 8th July 2024. We have all been so inspired by Jane following her heart transplant journey in 2020.

Everyone that knew Jane knows she was loyal, friendly & the most bubbliest happiest person you will ever meet ❤️

Jane was so grateful for her heart transplant and in her own words told everyone “Live your Life to the Full”
