Jandon Briscoe's Recovery

Jandon was critically injured by a hit and run driver while out walking his dog on the evening of Saturday, August 26th 2023. His dog Rickey ran from the scene but was located and sent to the vet for evaluation and care. Rickey is doing well and does not appear to have any critical injuries. The hit and run driver was arrested later Saturday night for a Felony DUI and Felony Hit and Run. Jandon is in stable but critical condition at Memorial Hospital. His mother, aunt and brother are here from out of state to share love and support.

There is no clear prognosis for Jandon’s recovery at this time. While the medical professionals providing care are encouraged by his progress, the extent of his future needs and time for recovery are currently unknown.
