We are raising money for Jananne and Bill Meyer family. Jananne, a phenomenal teacher in the Forks school district, is confronting a serious medical situation - a rare form of cancer that has spread to her lungs.

Bill has been a fishing guide for almost three decades working seasonally in Alaska as well as full time in Washington's Columbia and Olympic Peninsula rivers. While Jananne is battling cancer with incomparable courage, facing countless visits for treatment, and navigating through the uncertainties that come, Bill is staying with her as much as possible for support and to take care of their daughter, who is in college, and their teenage son, who is in high school and still lives at home. The last thing this family should worry about is the financial burden that accompanies medical emergencies. Despite having insurance coverage, there are often unforeseen expenses that add up quickly, placing an additional strain on an already difficult situation.
