We all loved Jan Marc Dorfman and Delancey Street of Wynnewood! Like many small businesses, times were beyond hard through Covid. Rents continued to rise astronomically if not an AAA10 in the center. Jan walked in the wee hours of the morning, legally blind and unable to drive to bake and keep operations as usual. Corporate Federal Realty Investment Trust, the company governing the shopping center, without proper warning, shut the business down without prior notice.
