Jan Crutchfeild's Burial & bills.

It is with a heavy heart that I ask for your help.  Jan Crutchfield was one of my dearest friends.  We packed our bags and drove from Memphis to LA together in 1987.  She moved back to Memphis to care for her aging parents with her young daughter in tow.  She was hard working single mom, who took care of everyone else and never hurt anybody...never had a mean bone.  Her father passed away several years ago, her mother died of Covid-19 last year. Her daughter Lauren's fiance died of an accidental gun shot in the face last fall.  Jan was a travel agent for FedEx, so when Covid-19 happened Jan lost her ability to provide for herself and her daughter, Lauren.  Jan went into cardiac arrest two weeks ago.  She has been in a coma ever since.  Her 19 year old daughter Lauren has to take the heartwrenching action, of taking Jan off of life support today, as she is past the vegetative state.  Before  Jan's  brain injury Jan and Lauren were facing eviction and homelessness.  While her mother has been in a coma, Lauren has be in court fighting the eviction. She has until Wednesday to come up with next month's rent.  She has 5 dogs and cats, and she doesn't have the money to stay in the home.   Jan had no life insurance and no savings.   We (Jan's friends) are trying to raise the money to pay for her end of life costs, such as burial...and get Lauren on her feet.  Any amount you can donate is greatly appreciated.  I am helping the best I can and I will make sure the fund are used only for Jan's burial and her outstanding debts so Lauren will not suffer more stress.  God bless you!
