Hi, I'm Suzanne Kindland. You'll remember me as your Brown Deer High School classmate Sue Grussing. Judy Steiner Marino and I are starting this GoFundMe to help fellow BDHS alum Jan Atkielski, as she recovers from Hurricane Ian. Jan lives in Cape Coral, one of the hardest-hit areas affected by the hurricane.

Jan's home is flooded, and she can't stay there now. She won't be able to move back in for at least two months. Her car is destroyed. And she will have no income opportunities for several months.

The funds will go directly into Jan's bank account, minus credit card processing fees.
