Hello. My name is Jami Boyette. I’m a struggling, working mama of 5 (one doesn’t live at home). I’m employed with Domino's and work 5-6 days a week. My husband is working with doctors, specialists, and DSS to get disability. He’s applied for tons of jobs with no luck. He’s got several new ones in with no luck in sight.

Our youngest daughter (2) was recently diagnosed with Autism level 2 and an aggression disorder level 3. Three months ago, we were traveling to see my father-in-law 3.5 hours away from home when my Tahoe transmission blew. I was left with the untimely and unfortunate decision to get a new car. This came with a car payment and full coverage insurance that I didn’t have to pay before as my Tahoe was paid off and I had liability insurance. We had to use the rest of our savings to get our new vehicle.

This has left me so far behind in bills as Domino's does not pay super well. I’ve tried to keep up, but every time I pay on one thing, the next is due and then they start overlapping. Every bill I have is 2-3 months past due. My electricity and water have been set to shut off soon. Our home taxes came in as well and are over $1,000 alone. I’m struggling with our local DSS to get my daughter's SSI going as well.

I do not like the fact that this is my last resort, but I’m out of options. I’ve tried DSS, 211 resources, churches, Salvation Army, etc. They can’t help, don’t have the funds, or just send me to the next person. I can provide proof of every bill overdue and that I’m not lying and making up a story. I want to be able to one day repay anyone who feels led to donate, even if it’s just a dollar.
