Jamie's Wish: A Disney World Adventure

Hey everyone. I was recently contacted, after almost a decade of not talking, by a very old friend of mine who I grew up with. She was in the same neighborhood as me from the ages of 7 to our adult years. We played together, went to school together, grew together.

I also recently found out that her health is declining. After several bouts of hospitalization, including the amputation of her right leg above the knee, she still is in high spirits, texting and sending voice messages when she can. Also writing letters the good old fashioned way, to go out of her way to wish me a happy birthday, and to congratulate me on the birth of my daughter. Let’s all help my friend, Jamie Dowell, with her wish to visit Disney World.
