Jamie has been fighting COVID since July 20th. His wife, Chastidy, was doing everything she could for him at home to help with his comfort and help him get through this. Unfortunately, on July 29th, Jamie took a turn for the worse. He was unable to eat, drink, and despite his objections, Chas took him to the doctor. Once there, they found his SpO2 to be 63% and he was immediately taken to the ER and placed on CPAP. After transferring to the ICU, he was intubated the next day due to further deterioration.
We are all praying and offering Chastidy and family our support and help. The good days are hard on them and the bad days even harder. Anything you can donate to help with bills, dinners, other expenses through this medical journey is greatly appreciated.
The doctors said at the beginning that this would
be a “marathon”, and I think all of Jamie’s friends and family will be here to support him and his family for the duration of this race.
