My name is Darcy Stoddard, and I am the incredibly proud auntie of sweet baby Nora.

Philip and Jamie welcomed their daughter into the world on December 23, 2025 at 29 weeks, via an unexpected emergency C-section. Prior to Nora’s arrival, Jamie had already spent a full week in the hospital due to severe high blood pressure and preeclampsia. What should have been a joyful and exciting time quickly became overwhelming as medical concerns took center stage.

As many of us know, extended hospital stays and emergency care come with significant and often unforeseen medical expenses. To add to the stress, Philip had just accepted a new job only weeks ago, and the uncertainty surrounding how long Jamie and baby Nora may need to remain in the hospital is daunting for their family.

They are truly taking things day by day, as hospital progress often ebbs and flows. This GoFundMe was created to help ease the financial burden so Philip and Jamie can focus on what matters most right now—the health and well-being of Jamie and their precious new baby.
