This is Jamie’s story:
Jamie is a beautiful soul fighting for more days with her beautiful family. Jamie is a mother to six wonderful children who have made her a grandmother of six blessings. Cancer has come to knock at her door for a second time. Jamie was diagnosed on 2019 with Triple negative breast cancer. She was able to do chemotherapy and radiation to shrink her tumor. She then had surgery December that year to remove a part of her breast and some lymph nodes. All seemed well has she continued to take oral chemotherapy medications. Then the unthinkable happened, her cancer returned. Jamie was diagnosed with Stage 4 triple negative metastatic breast cancer. This is not curable, however with chemotherapy and radiation she can lengthen her time on this earth. We want nothing more than to help her fight! She is brave as she always has been. She faces many obstacles with her fight. There are so many uncovered costs for bandages, medications, medical supplies, and more. She’s unable to work due to her current state. She continues to use what little funds she has to pay for day to day living expenses. We are unable to get her the care she needs because of her age (41) and insurance obstacles. We are starting a fundraiser to help cover some of these expenses as well as to seek some private care. She’s weak unable to do most all of her daily care.
