Jamie Hegelbach Memorial Bench at Chautauqua Park

For those of you who knew Jamie, you felt her fierce authenticity, wholeheartedness, genuine kindness, and knew of her passionate love of animals and nature.

To have a memorial bench placed in Chautauqua Park, Boulder would fittingly honor and preserve Jamie's memory. It is here where Jamie took Bronwyn on countless hikes when they first moved to Boulder; Jamie and Peter went on their first date; and the entire family listened to live music be it "Meadow Music" or a concert at the auditorium. Additionally, the bench would be a place where others can find comfort and appreciate this truly magical place and experience the wonders Jamie saw in the outdoors.

Any additional funds raised will be donated to Lifeline Puppy Rescue where Jamie adopted Hansi, her precious German Shepherd as well as medical bills.
