Jamie Dalton a precious angel gone to soon

My name is Pauline Allaway , Writing this letter, is so painful. We are still in a state of complete shock, confusion & loss. On Sunday 29th December 2024, just before New Year’s Eve, our beloved family & amazing friend Jamie Dalton & her son, travelled from London to stay with friends in Liverpool to celebrate bringing in the New Year.

On New Years night 2024, her mum Kelly received a frantic call from her grandson, to say his mum was having a fit. Her son Keiran aged 12, tried to put his mum in the recovery position but this beautiful devoted & loving mum, daughter, sister & friend, suddenly & tragically had a massive heart attack & died. She was aged just 31.

Although paramedics responded quickly & tried to revive her, there was nothing they could do, they realised Jamie had already passed by the time they reached her. Her devoted son Keiran, never left her side & witnessed it all.

Jamie was a loving, caring, wonderful, fun loving, mischievous, feisty & sometimes “ troubled” young woman but she had the biggest heart of gold She was the type of person whom if she cared for you, would literally stick up for you & fight your corner. Even through the toughest of times, Jamie’s zest for life was infectious. There was never a dull moment once Jamie was around. Her laugh was loud & intoxicating and her antics memorable. She was an fanatical animal lover. Dogs were her biggest love & her beloved dog Blu seems so lost and is pinning for her.

Her biggest commitment, devotion & love was for her son. There relationship was phenomenal, a force to be reckoned with. They were each other’s world. Rarely would you see one without the other. Total devotion to each other. It is so heart-breaking to see her son so broken, at such a young age.

As you can imagine, Jamie’s passing has had a profound effect on all who knew her and for many family & friends, especially her devastated & devoted son, it will take years of careful counselling, comforting & love to come to terms with. She had her problems, like anyone else but no one expected, foresaw or predicted her, untimely death. We are all just devastated.

We would sincerely appreciate your help in raising some funds. We have to bring her home from Liverpool to London. This in itself will be costly. Like most families & friends, we would like to give Jamie the most beautiful send off she deserves but we also needs to raise funds to help family members to continue to raise her amazing, wonderful, devoted & beloved young son. Jamie was not always an “Angel” on earth but she was special to us & will always be our precious Angel in Heaven.
