Jamie C. Brooks Medical and Bill Fund

Hi, my name is Chris Brooks and I am fundraising for my Brother Jamie Brooks. Jamie was diagnosed in 2010 with CML Leukemia and with medication has been in remission. Recently it was discovered that the cancer has reared its ugly head again. Jamie is currently in the Hospital receiving chemotherapy and will remain until his spinal fluid tests show they are clear of the Leukemia cells. Then in about 3 months Jamie will need to undergo a bone marrow transplant. Jamie is a police officer and family man that had dedicated his life to others. Jamie's most recent assignment is the school resource officer, where he is loved! Jamie and his wife have 2 children Lucas, who is in the Navy and Isabella, who is in Highschool. Jamie and Melissa also foster 2 small children. Jamie and his family are very involved in their church and community. Jamie will be off work for an undetermined amount of time, but the medical bills and everyday living expenses continue. We are asking for any donation that you would be willing to give, every dollar will help in keeping this family afloat.
