Most people give up on their dreams before they even get started. Funny thing about dreams - they come when they are ready, when the right conditions are there, only influence anyone can every truly have is to put in the work and to remained determined.

It has been my dream to raise awareness to veterans suicide and veterans struggles. I hope through engaging with like minds as I prepare to FEMAN4EODWF and participate in the Florida 2024 Ironman that we continue to remember our shipmates that have crossed the bar to soon and we support each other along the way.

It has been over 2 years since since Challenge 2022 when with your help we raised over $22,000 for EODWF and completed over 2022 miles in 18 months to honor the memory and the challenges Veteran struggle with and including the loss of the 22.

I have never taken-on an Ironman before and at 61 years old - I did not think lightly about what I am about to embark. I am going to need your help!
