Jameson Edwards Medical Expenses
Donation protected
On June 7th Jameson was enjoying a hot summer day with his family at Roosevelt Pool in Minot, ND when tragedy struck. Jameson had asked his mom to go down the slide one more time with his brother and within a blink of an eye was being pulled from the pool unresponsive. Jameson underwent CPR and life saving techniques from lifeguards and other community members until paramedics arrived and he was transported to Trinity Hospital in stable condition. Later on in the evening it was determined that Jameson would need to be airlifted to Sanford PICU in Fargo, ND to undergo monitoring for brain and lung damage. Jameson has undergone EKG’s, CT Scans, and various other types of testing to rule out any damages done while he was incapacitated. With this comes many stressors including financial strain on the family. With permission from them we are creating this fundraiser in hopes to alleviate some of the financial burden on this family. The medical expenses, travel, time away from work, etc. is something we wish them to not worry about as they navigate the days ahead in getting Jameson healed and ready to settle in at home. Any donations are appreciated. If you cannot donate, please share this fundraiser and say a prayer for the family and all the individuals involved that helped save Jameson’s life. We will keep everyone posted on Jameson’s healing journey. As of 6/8/23 Sanford has ruled out brain damage. Jameson is alert and doing well. He has inflammation in his chest from the water intake and is very sore due to the CPR. All of your prayers are working, and we ask that you continue to keep them coming.
