James spent his days worried about the safety of all consumers that interacted with our Collision Repair Industry.
A never ending passion for the job to be right.
He gave his time and knowledge to anyone that asked and even to some that didn't. He worked with technical schools, OEMs and trade magazines to raise the level of training and support offered in this industry.
Simply, each day he walked the talk.
It's a passion and purpose that deserves and needs to live on.
The James Moy Memorial Scholarship fund will work to provide students, teachers, technicans and shop owners the support, training and opportunities needed to advance our industry. A Board of Directors will be selected to oversee scholarship applications and selection the process. We will work with the existing, March Taylor Memorial Fund to ensure proper managment of the funds financials meets all government standards.
It's too soon to know all the details, but Larry and I along with the support of the many industry associations feel we can make difference. We can keep the passion alive and make this industry a better place for our consumer by training one person at a time.
