Funeral Expenses for James Meeks

My uncle, James Meeks, 52, chose to end his life this last Thursday, April 21, 2016.  He did so in my parents' basement.   My father, Marty Arnwine, found him when he returned home from work.  My mother, Carole Arnwine, endured the worst day of her life after getting the call from my father that her brother shot himself in their basement.

We have turned to God and the comfort of the Holy Spirit and our friends and family have supported us through prayer and love.

My mother chose to have a memorial service in two weeks but my parents are in need of financial support.  It only makes matters worse to fret about money you do not have when you are grieving.

The cremation, urn and memorial service will cost at most $4,000, but this does not include money we and others are spending to fly out friends and family to  support us and pay their respect to James, including his brother, Floyd Meeks and most importantly his son, Michael Meeks.
