Started by 8 enthusiastic young Nepali Youths to help support education for underpriveleged children in Nepal but with a DIFFERENCE!We aware People about the JOY OF GIVING! We are currently supporting 34 kids education and aim to support 5000 and more!
Children and Youth First (CYF) works to provide education for underprivileged children in Nepal. We are currently supporting the education for 34 underprivileged children our collaborated school "Life Vision Academy" in Bhaktapur.
CYF provides DIRECT support to children and youth who are in need.
The boys are beyond excited to go, learn a new culture and get an understanding of life outside of America. They will be integrated in the school and the kids at the school are excited to learn about America culture from them. Gibby is the youngest volunteer they have had and are so excited to be with someone their age! He is planning on making a documentary about the trip to help the org with future fundraising opportunities. Kevin is hoping he will find the temple that Tilda Swinton is in and get magical super powers (plot of the movie Dr. Strange for those not as nerdy as us). But really he is going to help create a program to teach about video games programming and art. Zander is also going to help because he is familiar with the program they use! And I am looking forward to training the staff about crisis intervention and how they can use it at the school . And helping in anyway possible to the school and community.
