James started a pizza business and needs your help

2020 really opened up everyone’s eyes to a lot of new things, especially ours. We had to really look within to find out what made us feel truly happy and find inspiration when the world around us was literally shut down. Forced inside with our partners and wanting space led to some added stress for most of us, but one thing that brought James and I together was definitely FOOD. Almost getting sucked into a takeout black hole we realized we actually loved cooking for one another and getting creative in the kitchen. Being in our tiny studio apartment kitchen was where we really came together and showed each other love. I noticed James was interested more in the technical side of cooking because he’d love to bake. He spoke with me about his love of pizza and his longtime idea to start a food business.

Already having invested in a portable pizza oven a year prior and nothing but time on his hands, our kitchen became a pizza dough test kitchen. Night after night, kitchen aid buzzing, he studied dough recipes and mixed them up. He took pizza zoom classes, he made pizza kits for friends and family (curbside pickup of course), but now he wants to take it to the streets. As his partner I am proud to see the work he’s put in to get as far as he has and for taking the steps to get closer to turning his dream into a full on business. He wants to do something that he’s passionate about while gaining financial freedom and after serious talks he’s obtained his LLC for ALL ABOUT THE DOUGH! I am really excited for him to get this thing cookin but he needs your help. 

Any and all donations would go towards helping James get equipment he still needs to make pizza, renting a commercial kitchen space to prep and abide by California health codes, permits for pop ups/rental fees, and most importantly getting him suited for a mobile setup.
