James Rutherford's Medical Expenses

Hi there, my name is Carol and I am putting together this fundraising for my middle son James Rutherford who is 46 years young and has stage 4 lung, spine, and brain cancer. He went to the hospital 6 days ago for a massive head ache. They are now doing a port to start chemo immediately, we also just learned today that his cancer is terminal. He also has multiple PE's (pulmonary embolisms) in this lungs. They are focusing on the lungs right now because the lymph nodes in the lungs are throwing the cancer to other places.

He is our son and we will do everything to try and help. To help ease costs and off set a few things, this is needed for him, and to help the family with the stress of this situation. He has 4 daughters and a wife. She travels to and from Kalamazoo daily, multiple times a day and they both are not working due to this new diagnosis. We are asking for help with anything one can provide. Meals, money for gas, bills, and now the hospital bills that will be pouring in. Stage 4 is hard to process as the word TERMINAL and we never in a million years would have thought this, the last stage of cancer there is before ones gone. We are doing everything we can with gas money and helping with food but we also have our owns lives and are retired. They need a little help so this is a way I am able to provide that and hopefully be able to have a sense of relief. If you can't donate, please please send a prayer!
