James Samuel Neill Jr. passed away unexpectedly in the late afternoon of April 2nd. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Celestine Neill; daughter Kelly Evans and her husband Richard; and two granddaughters Cameron and Rebekah. Due to recent family hardships he had no life or medical insurance.  Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. God Bless!
